Apple Elderflower Gin Tall

An adult gin highball with apple and elderflower.

Ingredients

• 40 ml gin
• 60 ml cloudy apple juice
• 15 ml elderflower cordial
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 80 ml sparkling water
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, apple juice, cordial and lemon juice. Stir.
3. Top with the sparkling water and stir once gently.

Use cloudy apple juice for a fuller fruit flavour.
