Apricot Rosemary Iced Tea

An alcohol-free apricot tea with a restrained rosemary aroma.

Ingredients

• 1 black tea bag
• 1 small rosemary sprig
• 150 ml apricot nectar
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 2 tsp honey
• 200 g ice cubes

Method

1. Pour 200 ml boiling water over the tea bag and rosemary. Steep for 3 minutes, then remove both.
2. Stir in the honey and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
3. Mix with the apricot nectar and lemon juice, then divide between two glasses of ice.

Remove the rosemary with the tea bag to keep its flavour subtle.
