Grapefruit Honey Tequila Highball

An adult tequila highball with grapefruit and honey.

Ingredients

• 45 ml tequila
• 75 ml pink grapefruit juice
• 10 ml lime juice
• 2 tsp runny honey
• 60 ml sparkling water
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Stir the honey with 10 ml warm water until dissolved, then mix in the citrus juices.
2. Fill a tall glass with ice and add the tequila and juice mixture.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Dissolving the honey first prevents it settling at the bottom.
