Peach Oolong Vodka Cooler

An adult vodka cooler with peach and chilled oolong tea.

Ingredients

• 40 ml vodka
• 80 ml brewed oolong tea, chilled
• 50 ml peach nectar
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with the ice.
2. Add the vodka, tea, peach nectar, lemon juice and syrup.
3. Stir gently until evenly mixed.

Brew and chill the tea ahead of mixing.
